1. Introduction

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Paylift platform operated by:

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

· User: Any person using Paylift services

· Pilot (Rider): Independent third-party service provider

· Platform: Paylift mobile application / website

· Services: Ride and parcel facilitation services

· Parcel: Any item sent using the platform

3. Nature of Services

Paylift is a technology intermediary platform that facilitates connection between Users and Pilot (Riders).

Paylift:

· Does NOT provide transportation or delivery services

· Is NOT a transport operator

· Is NOT responsible for execution of services

All services are provided by independent Pilot (Riders).

4. Eligibility

· Minimum age: 18 years

· Users must provide accurate information

· Paylift reserves the right to suspend accounts

5. Women-to-Women Feature

Paylift provides an optional Women-to-Women Pilot (Rider) preference feature:

· Female Users may choose to be matched with female Pilot (Riders)

· If no female Pilot is available, male Pilot options may be shown

· Final selection remains with the User

 Paylift promotes gender inclusivity and equality and does not discriminate.

Paylift does not guarantee availability of female Pilot (Riders).

6. Payments

· Users may pay via UPI, card, or cash

· Payments are collected by Paylift on behalf of Pilot

· Pricing may vary dynamically

7. Cancellation

· Cancellation charges may apply

· Availability of Pilot is not guaranteed

8. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

· Use platform for illegal purposes

· Misbehave with Pilot

· Send prohibited items

9. Pilot Relationship

Pilot (Riders):

· Are independent contractors

· Are NOT employees of Paylift

10. Platform Disclaimer

Paylift does not guarantee:

· Availability

· Timeliness

· Accuracy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Paylift shall NOT be liable for:

· Any indirect or consequential damages

· Loss, injury, delay, or damage

· Actions of Pilot (Rider)

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Paylift against any claims arising from misuse of platform.

13. Termination

Paylift may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

14. Governing Law

· Laws of India apply

· Jurisdiction: Raipur, Chhattisgarh 

15. Dispute Resolution

· First: mutual resolution

· Then: Arbitration under Indian law
